As I grew older, my body began to protest, and I realized how deeply unhealthy my lifestyle was. This wake-up call sparked a transformation, shifting my focus from a physical-only view of wellness to a holistic one.My new path became a continual journey of listening to my body, exploring the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
